Although they do offer in-store dining, Danny’s BBQ is best known in Athens for their catering. Smokers put just the right amount of crust on tender barbecue brisket so that when it’s carved, you have that wonderful pink edge. The sausage they serve is also unique. It’s from Rudolph’s Market & Sausage Factory in Dallas and is a tad drier and has a bit more pepper than most sausage served in barbecue restaurants.
Guests to Danny’s also rave about the steaming peach cobbler! This is something that you won’t want to miss – it’s the perfect ending to a great barbecue meal.
Danny’s accepts all major credit cards.
