Join us for an event featuring gastric delights and the incredible Green Egg outdoor ceramic cooker. Participants come from across the country to showcase their personal recipes, meet with fellow Eggheads, and share some great food with the crowd!

Watch cooking demos throughout the day and experience the Big Green Egg first hand. Regular admission to the Texas Freshwater Fisheries Center will apply and a tasting badge fee will be collected at the event entrance for persons age 12 and older ($5 for those who register in advance, $10 at event entrance). There is no registration fee to cook.

About the Big Green Egg

The iconic Egg is modeled on a traditional Oriental ceramic cooking concept that has become one of the fastest growing segments of the U.S. barbecue industry. Originally constructed with clay, the Egg is now manufactured with space-age ceramics that make the cooker virtually indestructible under normal cooking circumstances. Headquartered in a suburb of Atlanta, The Big Green Egg is available in more than 20 countries worldwide.
